  The service over the phone was great. I was in a desperate situation and they tried very hard to get to my home as soon as they could. I would say the service over all was pretty good. However there are 2 things that made me very upset. One was the price. I was told that they would charge for finding the problem and if we used them to fix it then that charge would be cut in half. I was hoping that they would not charge me this because I told them what the problem was. Oh well, they did but the real kicker was the price for the service. They were supposed to call me and tell me how much it was before they did any work and that did not happen. So, after the work was done I was told it was $180.00. This was a reasonable price because this service commonly goes for $140 and they are charging $40 for half of diagnosing the problem. When I got there to pay them, the price was higher. He gave me the price not including the diagnostic fee. This was still okay as I was happy it was fixed and I new I should have just done it myself for $35. I suggest everyone learn what a capacitor is and how to put one in to save you a ton of money. At this point everything was still ok, I was just out a few more dollars than expected. What they did next, they brought on themselves. I was going to call and complain about the price and the work being done before I new the price to a manager but they called me first. It was a recording and I was surprised and happy to get a survey phone call from them. I gave a low grade for overall and the recording asked if someone could call me back and I said yes. Well, no one ever called me back. They would have been better off not having the survey call me in the first place if they are not going to hold up to what they say. I used this company because of a google review and I am now putting in my 2 cents.
